Capital Fundraiser

The S.E.E.K Foundation’s initiative aims to secure $20 million in funding to facilitate the development and enlargement of its youth center. This facility will serve as a focal point for educational initiatives targeting youth, young adults, and families across Miami.

Through the Capital Campaign, the S.E.E.K Foundation endeavors to:

• Establish the SMART Tech Health Hub as a beacon of opportunity, providing high-quality STEM education, re-entry pathways to the STEM workforce, and essential health services to empower children and families.
• Fill the void left by the lack of a high school or technical facility in Opa-Locka, with the first and second floors dedicated to educational programs in STEM, including industry-specific pipeline programs such as USDA – food, agriculture, artificial intelligence learning deployment and integration, cybersecurity, coding, robotics, and UI/UX Design.
• Partner with local public health entities, county health departments, and federally qualified health centers to provide basic health needs on the third floor, such as annual shots/vaccinations, back-to-school boosters, and telehealth services.
